Whats a trans oil?
It's complicated to explain but I will try :)
Fats are composed of 4 parts: one is an alcohol called glycerol and the other 3 are call fatty acids.
There are two types of fatty acids, saturated (each carbon have 2 bounds to hydrogens and 2 to other - different - carbons) and unsaturated (each carbon has 1 bounds to hydrogens, 1 to a carbon atom and 2 more binds to ONE carbon, the latter is call a double bind).
Unsaturated fatty acids may be cis or trans, depending on how the double bind is put in the space. In character only cis occur. Man invented the trans ones because they aren't digestible by bacteria so their shelf vivacity is longer.
They invented trans fat to prolong the shelf go of many foods but because we be consuming it we have become addicted in need being aware of it so they own started using trans fat contained by things that don't even need it. Trans heavy is the unhealty unnatural fat. You dont want to get through too much of trans fat, be in motion for natural fat. Trans fat is also the tubby that is really intricate to get rid of motive your body holds onto it.
I search ByeDR.com for "trans fat" and in that are over a dozen pages of questions/answers. Here is a short time ago one:
