I weight pull on my own about 3 to 4 times a week and want to know whats the best supplement to give somebody a lift.. I hear of creatine but most people relay me that it just add water to ur muscles or something close to that.. and some have recomendeded creatine to me...
Also I enjoy been getting some bad strech marcks on shulders and on biceps are they ever gona go away?Whats the best shipment lifting supplement???

It's true, creatine add water to your muscles. It also provides you beside energy and faster rescue time. You don't need it. I reccomend a upright whey protein powder. When I say apposite, I mean something specifically not loaded with sugar and carbs. As far as the stretch results go, they will stir away with time as long as you verbs to workout. Good luck!
