And how does "good" cholesteral help us?What's the difference between "good" cholesteral and "bad" cholesteral?
Bad Cholesterol (LDL) sticks to the lining of the arteries and can create blockages and hardening of the arteries over time. Good Cholesterol (HDL) moves the LDL out of the system, so a sophisticated level is better. Exercise, proper foods and moderate responsible wine drinking can increase HDL.
Good cholesterol, or HDL in fact repairs our blood vessel linings while LDL, the lousy cholesterol does injure to the blood vessels and chips away at the bin liner. Usually high HDL is the more defining number to have.
