Eat more protein and raise weights, not too heavy at first though.
Add closely of meat and protein to you diet and just plain put away healthy. Also start lifting weights unhurriedly you will start gaining muscle immensity and notice more strength and force you have.
in good health ur phisic seems ample dont try 2 get more.but if u certainy wanna do it&exercise is tha best
