Whats the best diet for me?

I need a diet suitable for me, i work within london with a hour and a partly journey so theres not much time for me to excercise within the morning and i dont get home till going on for half 7 when im lucky so i havnt really get time for excercise as i have hear its bad to devour after 8 in the evening (well it make me uncomfatable anyway) i need to lose almost 3 stone and i can see a light at the cessation of the tunnel someone please help me!Whats the best diet for me?
Eat simply when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include red fruits and vegetables in ur food. Take zilch but water surrounded by between the meals.
Chew respectively morsel at least 32 times. This improve digestion besides activating ur brain describing u that u have have enough.
Take street lamp exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a light of day.
U will achieve ur wonderful weight within a reasonable time time of year effortlessly.
U can take the tube from the subsequent station and walk down the distance. Same within the evening, get down one station more rapidly.

Maybe you should try to exercise on the weekends and eat strong all week. Do some yoga and aerobics
