Whats the fastest method I can tone my muscles unadulterated upright and soar highly developed. Fast!!!!!?

How much should I be lifting? I have 15 pound dumbells.Whats the fastest method I can tone my muscles unadulterated upright and soar highly developed. Fast!!!!!?
Play alot of basketball and/or do Cardio lots of running, and raise low amount of weights with giant repititions.
depends on your weight try getting 35 pound dumbells.... devour high protein food try to save it low fat! do tolerance excercises ... less immensity more repitions.... after your done you just perceive bigger"in genuineness you arent" but you are building muscle! i started trying toning my muscles i used to weigh 198. i weight 169 very soon and still dieting 1800 calories a day pure fruits and vedgtables soaring endurance excercises....... appropriate luck eat capably and healthy and tone those muscles!
Do some calve raise with a 2 by 4 beneath your heal. Lift up on your toes. It help if you have counterbalance on your shoulders. Be aware though you need to work this over several reps over several weeks or you could hurt your calves. Expect some cramping so be primed with rime or what ever you use. I know a short 5'2 guy who could dunk, he trained lower legs to jump difficult using this method. 20 reps 3 x once a day for 2 weeks.
I hope this help with the jump higher. When my husband played basketball, he would wear ankle weights in the past a game, later jump up and down. This get his legs use to jumping near extra weight. Then when activity time came, and he removed them (he said) he could hurdle higher .Try this , hope it help
