the breadth can go from as short as 56 inches to as elevated as 68 inches for the average. You are in the 90th percentile, Only 10% of youthful boys are your height. So you are high-ceilinged, but not overly so.
Don't be too concerned, my son is 10 and is at 5'1" already. He is much further off the chart than you are. By nearly 4 inches above the 95th percentile.
