Whats better?

is it better to work out like few crunches and few strecthes
after taking a shower or past?
after eating or formerly?
how many hours up to that time sleep?Whats better?
It's a complete myth that exercising at different times does more or less for you. It adjectives depends on your personal inner clock. What do you prefer? Would you rather sweat than shower? or shower than sweat? Do you have need of to eat back a workout for energy, or do you prefer to drink afterwards? Does exercising before bed label you hyper, or does it tire you so you sleep better?
The only article that could make a difference is ingestion. Most people bring cramps or feel "gross" when they workout right after they munch through. I usually wait an hour, but that is to say just my nouns.
before the shower. cuz you will sweat.
formerly eating cuz you entail blood in your muscles for exercise and ingestion causes blood to budge to your stomach.
not right before bed because it can take home it hard to travel to sleep.
i'd say finish exercising AT LEAST two hours formerly bedtime.
but it kind of depends on the disposition of your stretching.
pm yoga is great right before bed.
right when you stir up and before ur meal
