What's the best exercise to lose tummy/abdominal fat?

Tried & tested work-out please!
Those that really did a difference, from your own experience.What's the best exercise to lose tummy/abdominal fat?
There are always workout gym machines, etc. However, I have a sneaking suspicion that that it should be as simple as diet and sit-ups. Vary your exercise though, focusing on all aspects of the body, a moment ago to keep the body guessing.
situps ans jump jacks
front and side stomach crunches.
Sit ups are the best and quickest way to loose tummy hefty. I lost 7kg in 2 weeks by doing sit ups 150 times a year. After the first week go up to 200 times. hope that help :)
Well for me Pilate's is the best workout for your abs. I have winsor Pilate's accelerate workout and I've notice a difference, my body is more toned. But as you would expect i do another exercise as well, because Pilate's burns little calories its biddable to do another cardio exercise with i,t to get hold of better and faster results. I also do some strength training to speed up my metabolism and I eat nutritious. Good luck !
