I do Gymnasticsand i always achieve hungry any ideas?Whats the best item to drink past you do a sport?
They say aloud carbs stick with you the longest. I know for a certainty the food and the sleep not the night since your sporting event but two nights since your big game/ meet is the suppertime and sleep that counts the most. My athletic trainer in glorious school other told me that marinara sauce slows you down. Try good carbs for the two night before gymnastics and afterwards eat low sugar fruit the daytime of so you dont crash
try some pasta it's loaded with carbs (plenty of energy) and should return with you through practice
a banana
Spaghetti. It helps you carb nouns, as well.
Oatmeal. It give you energy and sticks to you for a while.
Apples, carrot, bananas. Just eat something strong to keep your body going.
a correct carbohydrate that will put enough punch into your body to last=take along Gatorade to help when thirsty
If you are a softball player, the best item from what I hear to eat is a teammate.
catch salad less calories and sound
You need lots of carbs so your perkiness lasts longer
