An hour on the treamill , facilitate please?

I'm very determined to lose weightiness and like to variety the most out of mike workouts. I've been doing an hour of cardio few days gone by few weeks. within that hour of cardio i walk/jog.
Tonight if I up the intensity but shorted the time to 30 minutes, will this be in recent times as Effective as an hour of walk/jogging. i would recommend that you do 45 minutes of cardio. your body is really starting to burn fat at 30 minutes, lift it another 15 for the best results. running will definitely be better than walking or jog though.
no just put away right and job/walk an hour a day and achieve good sleep. sleep have alot to do with it
