Okay, so I just calculated my BMI and it say I'm underweight and I've always be slim but now I'm worried because if you're underweight it could make happen health problems right?
I'm 15. I'm small, a short time under five foot and I weigh 6 stone. I never thought my freight was a problem but someone not long asked if I was anorexic and presently my mum thinks I could be.
But I'm really not! I put away perfectly customarily. It's just my integer, I don't put anything on.
I eat breakfast, lunch and tea everyday and sometimes snacks inbetween. I put away healthily and normally and everything. I've never starved myself, never. Perhaps over days gone by couple of days I haven't eaten as much as usual because my brace have been changed and it hurts so impossible.
But a couple of days shouldn't make a difference, and I'm still consumption the same sort of amounts, possibly a little bit smaller quantity that's all.
What can I do to put (a little) bit of counterweight on? So that's I'm more healthy but don't ruin my digit? Thanks! =] Stop worrying. If you are eating ok afterwards you're in unblemished health. The counterweight will come with age and if it doesn't, count yourself lucky. If anything , try doing sports which will increase your muscle size . Tell your mum not to verbs and show her what you eat!
Well, bmi calculators are made for individuals who are over 18. You should talk to your doctor roughly speaking it, but I wouldnt worry because you are still developing. To incorporate some weight, drink protein shakes :)
