am bobbly but i wont to lose more but i love eattin lots of things can u help me? I would influence eat smaller quantity junk food resembling crisps, sweets, ect
and eat more hygienic foods like salad and veg and do lots of exercise. I know i can't natter really though im always ingestion junk food, lol.
U own to discipline yourself to eat smaller number and not alot. And exercises help too. I'm trying to do alike thing you're doing. I be over 230lbs but managed to drop at 215lbs.
